This school year your child will receive sexuality education as part of Nuna Academy’s overall Science & Health education curriculum.  Topics covered in this year’s curriculum will include:

  • Emotional and mental changes
  • Puberty body changes
  • Female and Male reproductive systems
  • The Pregnancy cycle
  • Personal Safety: Understanding boundaries and consent
  • Healthy Relationships and Media influences

Este año escolar su hijo/a recibirá educación sexual como parte del plan de estudios general de Ciencias y Salud de Nuna Academy.  Los temas cubiertos en el plan de estudios de este año incluirán:

  • Cambios emocionales y mentales
  • Cambios corporales en la pubertad
  • Sistemas reproductivos femenino y masculino
  • El ciclo del embarazo
  • Seguridad personal: Comprender los límites y el consentimiento
  • Relaciones saludables e influencias de los medios de comunicación
